Refund policy

Each Tuesday of California item is made to order, which means that our items are final sale and we do not accept requests for returns or store credit. We begin production one week after our preorder starts and you have that time before production begins to email us if you'd like to cancel your order. 

If you live in the USA or Canada, you can resell your item on our PRELOVED site and can DM us to post about your item for sale on instagram. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Because our items are made to order, the EU cooling off period does not apply to us. We begin production one week after our preorder starts and you have that time before production begins to email us if you'd like to cancel your order.
